What awaits you?

  • Monitoring of regulations, relevant for the automotive industry and production.
  • Initial assessment and raising awareness about legistlative initiatives in the relevant corporate circles.
  • Creation and coordination of corporate positions within the public policy department to ensure a „one-voice” representation of interests.
  • Preparation and coordination of corporate positions  within the public policy department and relevant specialist departments.
  • Preparation of a well-founded political analysis of the stakeholders relevant to the specific project.
  • Coordination and implementation of meetings with political officials and office holders (e.g. department heads, subdivision heads, referents, section heads).
  • Content creation, editing and consolidation of management briefings to prepare for meetings with high-ranking officials, authorities, ministers and other stakeholders.
  • Internal communication at all levels (e.g., product circle, strategy circle, management committies); presentation of legislative changes in internal circles.
  • Proper handling of tools and assets in line with the financial planning of the company. Responsible for the equipments received from the company.

What should you bring along?

  • Master degree in communication or political science, marketing or business administration or comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in relevant field.
  • Independent, responsible, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
  • High assertiveness and quick perception, problem-solving attitude; communicative, creative and team player personality.
  • Fluent English language knowledge in written and spoken is a must.
