As a Team Leader in the Assembly at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you will play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about automotive technology.

What awaits you?

• Production Supervision: as a team leader of a 6-9 person production team, you will oversee daily operations, train, and mentor team members.
• Process Improvement Support: you will initiate development processes in collaboration with your team.
• Shift Scheduling: you will ensure that your team is available for efficient production operations.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: you will maintain smooth production by addressing and resolving issues.
• Teamwork Support: you will assist your team in executing assembly tasks and take over responsibilities when necessary.

What should you bring along?

• Educational Background: at least a secondary school diploma.
• Work Experience: several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production as a machine operator or quality management team leader.
• Quality Control: familiarity with process and quality optimization tools.
• Precision & Teamwork: ability to work and communicate effectively in a team, with a strong commitment to continuous self-development. Excellent communication skills.
• Shift Planning: confidence and responsibility in shift scheduling, ensuring availability, and training and developing team members.
• Shift Work: willingness to work in alternating shifts after production launch.
