We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Coordinator. You will support production operations, maintenance and breakdown activities within the Exterior Surface Centre at Goodwood. The role helps ensure machinery and equipment operate safely, efficiently and reliably. You will also support production targets and help improve equipment performance. As Technical Coordinator, you will supervise and coordinate technical support across production equipment and related infrastructure. You will lead a small team of technically competent associates. You will prioritise maintenance and breakdown work, support fault resolution and ensure activities meet legal, safety and company requirements. This is a hands-on technical leadership role in a high-quality production environment. You will work closely with production, quality, process engineering, central maintenance and operator teams. You will help maintain equipment performance, improve reliability and support the continued success of the Exterior Surface Centre.

What should you bring along?

• Recognised qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic principles
• Certification in PLC, robotics, and machine-specific control systems
• Health and Safety lead training
• Minimum of 3-5 years, ‘hands-on’ maintenance experience for production equipment
• Experience of preventative maintenance planning
