What awaits you?
- Participate and operate sales-support measures based on overall and individual sales performance in the area of retail finance and insurance for the respective sales partner area of responsibility in alignment with superior.
- Support sales and marketing projects in the retail finance & Insurance area.
- Provide support to sales partners and cooperation partners to drive sales growth and enhance collaboration.
- Support sales partners regarding customer support incl. complaints and escalation cases.
- Support market observation and competitor analysis.
What should you bring along?
- Higher professional business education / University degree preferably business administrations, with further training in the field of insurance.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance/banking and insurance business, at least 2 years of experience in the field of Insurance, experience in dealing with sales partners, customers and providers.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to dealers as part of a field‑force role up to 50%.
- Proficiency in English and in Hungarian is required.
- Hunter attitude, strong excellence in sales negotiations.
- Solution oriented and result-driven mindset.
