Job Description: 

What awaits you? 

  • You will be responsible to initiate solutions for conflicting demands of sales volume targets, profitability targets, dealer profitability and sales expectations, as well as BMW Group premium positioning expectations / requirements to contribute to the local BMW Group sales growth.
  • You will follow-up with the competition activities in the responsible areas (dealerships, sales, models, promo activities, pricing, market data and trends for the specific region).
  • You will take part in developing BMW Group Romania new car sales strategies and concepts.
  • You will contribute to increased sales volume and customer satisfaction via implementation and maintenance of defined processes and control of the business.
  • Your role will be key in achieving dealer quantitative and qualitative targets and you will coach dealers to achieve their individual targets.
  • You will have to adapt sales strategy and planning to rapidly changing market conditions including 'hyper-competition' and competitor downward re-positioning, which requires constant analysis and recommendations to secure the most optimum combination of sales volumes and profitability.
  • Consults the dealers in the development of the annual dealer marketing plan and from the sales side reviews the related topics on a regular basis.

What should you bring along?

  • University degree.3 years of experience in the field of area/key account management in a similar position preferably within the automotive industry.
  • General knowledge of the automotive industry, especially new mobility trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Romanian and in English.Computer proficiency in a Windows environment using MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of Copilot is an advantage.y
  • Customer focused positive, assertive and open but determined personality with result orientation and sales attitude.Understanding of holistic view and capability to go into details (granular approach).
