What can you expect?

• Manage the insurance business line within a dynamic brokerage environment.
• Build strong partnerships and negotiate directly with partner insurance companies.
• Manage regular online reporting and ensure transparent communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with BMW retail teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Lead insurance projects, adapting to new legislation and shaping the future market strategy.
• Collaborate with regional insurance teams in Salzburg and Munich to drive success.
• Oversee regulatory reporting responsibilities to ensure compliance with national authorities.
• Engage with cross-functional teams across Czech Republic and Poland to support business goals.
• Participate in testing innovative insurance products alongside the IT department to drive continuous improvement.

What can we expect?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or insurance business, or related field.  
• Experience in insurance operations (insurance company, leasing company, broker), or financial services.  
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, pricing, commissions, and regulatory requirements (IDD) represents an advantage.  
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Fluent in Czech and Slovak; strong English skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
