As a Junior Customer Support Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for the communication of the After Sales business. In this role, you will work closely with a creative agency, media agency, various internal stakeholders, and all BMW retailers. You will also collaborate closely with other departments, particularly the Customer Support (After Sales) team.
Together with the Customer Support Campaign Specialist, you will develop national and dealer communication materials for After Sales topics (such as Accessories, Services, Spare Parts, etc.). You will coordinate both online and offline communications (NL/FR/DE), brief campaigns, monitor performance, and follow up on reporting. In addition, you will manage communication with marketing coordinators, keep the retailer communication platform (‘Brandmaster’) up to date, ensure POS digital screens and websites are current, and provide all necessary point-of-sale materials for external partners. You will also be actively involved in (e)CRM activities and closely monitor Customer Support CRM campaigns.

What should you bring along?
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Strong organisational skills and a meticulous way of working
- Good command of Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written); German is an advantage
- A strong interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn
- A customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and a proactive, creative, open-minded attitude
- Experience with Canva
