  • You coordinate salary reviews, merit assessments, bonus processes and the flexible benefits plan. You ensure all procedures are accurate, transparent and efficient.
  • You prepare reports on headcount, forecasts, diversity and Compensation & Benefits data. Through clear analyses, you support management in making strategic decisions.
  • You actively contribute to HR innovation and process optimisation, from payroll improvements to the implementation of new systems and tools.

What should you bring along?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience, with at least three years in payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
  • An analytical mindset combined with strategic thinking, capable of turning complex data into valuable insights.

  • Strong communication skills, delivering clear and professional messages with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in using digital tools and systems, particularly Excel, along with good knowledge of eBlox and the Flex Income Plan.
