As a Business Controller for BMW Motorrad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial performance and supporting key business decisions. Working within our Financial Competence Centre, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to optimise profitability, drive efficiencies, and provide the financial guidance that helps our business accelerate towards its ambitions.

What awaits you? 

• Take the lead in financial decision-making processes focused on margin and profit optimisation for BMW Motorrad. 
• Drive the annual budgeting process, ensuring high-quality, accurate and timely financial planning.
• Coordinate forecasting activities and support monthly closing processes in close collaboration with Controlling and Accounting teams. 
• Act as a key financial business partner for stakeholders across BMW Group Belux and serve as the main point of contact for external auditors. 
• Develop and enhance contribution margin reporting and decision-making processes together with local teams and BMW Headquarters. 
• Evaluate commercial proposals from a financial perspective, considering profitability, budgets, risks and market conditions.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and finance-related IT projects that support innovation and business growth.

What should you bring along? 

• Relevant professional experience within a controlling, finance or business analysis environment.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial and business processes.
• Strong organisational skills, resilience and the ability to manage priorities effectively. 
• A collaborative attitude, combined with clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, a good command of French, and confidence communicating in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
