Marketing Specialist Motorrad

The Marketing Specialist leads the planning and delivery of local 360° marketing campaigns with external agencies, ensuring on-time, on-brand execution and accurate budgeting. Also monitors and communicates KPIs to drive data-driven decisions, strengthen dealer capabilities, and enhance the brand’s digital presence in Greece.

 This is a fixed-term contract for up to 3 years. 

What awaits you?

• Adapt and execute the BMW Motorrad Marketing Strategy for the Greek market, ensuring alignment with local consumer behavior and business goals.
• Direct and manage external agencies to deliver high-impact 360° advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Optimize and govern the Motorrad Marketing Budget, ensuring maximum ROI and strategic allocation across all channels.
• Consult, steering and empower the dealer organization in Marketing topics.
• Website and Social Media administration to ensure the Digital presence of the brand.
• Analyze Marketing KPIs to provide business drivers.
• Be Responsible for strategic collaborations with automotive media and public figures (influencers & ambassadors).

What should you bring along? 

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in automotive industry would be considered as an advantage.
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong motivation, assertiveness, sovereignty, integrity,
• Fluent in English and Greek language.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational skills.
