What awaits you?

1) Response for Analysis quality issue including Cause, Counter Measure and Preventive action for whole surface treatment process (Shotblasting, Pre-Treatment, Masking/Unmasking, ED, Powder Painting, Inspection)

2) Response for in-process defect, feedback from Laboratory, customer feedback start since launch until SOP

3) Cooperate with technical planning for launch preparation include create standard instruction/tools/jig/consumable calculate, apprisal supplier (in case relate)

3) Optimize all production processes and structures in regards of layout, cycle time, headcount, line balancing and productivity

4) Identify and implement the ideas/suggestions and look forward to prevent any risk to ensure optimum utilization of the Resources in process

5) Coordinate and communicate with internal/external relate partners such as chemical supplier for pre-treatment/ED.

What should you bring along?

1) Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical

2) Minimum 5 years working experience in ED coating (Cathodic Dip Coating) and Powder-Coating in automotive industry especially for Shotblasting, Pre-Treatment, Masking/Unmasking, ED, Powder Painting, Inspection 

3) Understands the technical specifications/changes, be able to search the technical information from various sources in BMW system and prepare correct information for the assembly line

4) Leadrship skill, decision making and Good communication both verbal and written

5) Strong commitment to targets and schedules.
