What awaits you?
- Facilitate “game changer” workshops to identify high‑value AI and automation use cases with business stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and data to generate actionable insights for informed decisions.
- Identify automation and growth opportunities using process mining and data‑driven analysis.
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of use cases: from ideation and design to development, coordination, and implementation.
- Propose integrated automation combining AI and orchestration for complex, multi-step workflows.
- Design, develop, and implement customized AI solutions and orchestration workflows (e.g., GAIA, n8n).
- Create reusable assets like prompt libraries and orchestration templates; train stakeholders.
- Deploy AI/ML solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging AI frameworks and automation trends to recommend innovative solutions.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in Artificial Intelligence or IT.
- 2-5 years of experience in technology or operations, with exposure to AI and automation.
- Familiarity with automation tools, process mining, and AI orchestration.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and API integration.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and evaluation for reliable AI outcomes.
- Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and passion for continuous learning in AI and automation technologies.
